Hungary is a very interesting tourist destination with its various World Heritage sites and its capital Budapest, one the European most beautiful cities. Today, just like other EU members that used to belong to the Soviet Union, Hungary is quickly becoming one of the most developed countries in the world.
A developed country—also called an industrialized country—has a mature and sophisticated economy, usually measured by gross domestic product (GDP) and/or average income per resident. Developed countries have advanced technological infrastructure and have diverse industrial and service sectors.
What makes a country developed? The commonalities between developed countries include an improved quality of life and greater access to basic necessities. Conversely, underdeveloped nations around the world also share common characteristics.
Israel was ranked 19th on the 2016 UN Human Development Index, indicating “very high” development. It is considered a high-income country by the World Bank. Israel also has a very high life expectancy at birth.
While Israel ranked 17 on the Global Innovation Index (2017) rankings, India stood at 60. 3) Human Development Index (2016): According to the UN Development Programme’s Human Development Report 2016, released, India ranks 131 of 188 when it comes to the Human Development Index (HDI). Israel stands at rank 19.
