How do you get the Frei skill card in Persona 5? To get this, all you need to do is fuse a Jack Frost with Makami. For those unaware, that’s a Magician arcana with a Temperance arcana. It’s important you use a Makami here, as that will be the Persona that has the Frei skill you need your Shiisaa to learn.
you get tons of blank cards from the Cruiser and last areas of mementos. like the other mentioned though you need futaba’s abilities though. In particular, the last area of mementos drops one every 3-4 fights.

Chi You is the ultimate Persona of the Chariot Arcana and can only be obtained through advanced fusion in the Velvet Room after completing the Chariot Confidant with Ryuji Sakamoto. With all five required personas in your stock, go to Advanced Fusion and create Yoshitsune and use the five empty skill slots to inherit Drain Wind, Drain Ice, Drain Nuke, Drain Psy, and Repel Curse.
